Our last stage of the Berlin High Trail, heading towards Finkenberg, mainly followed lovely and easy forest paths. Apart from the large amount of elevation you have to descend, there are no difficulties. The trail actually ends right in Finkenberg, but we had decided to cover the way back to the car on foot as well.
If you don’t feel like doing that, you can simply use one of the existing bus connections. Anyone who wants to take the bus can use the opportunity to catch up on breakfast in one of the numerous restaurants and cafés.
